OTIS: On-site Technical Installation Support

This is an information sheet about our OTIS service:  On-site Technical Installation Support. This service sends a DECK support technician to your project site to provide oversight and advice for your monitoring installation. Please note that a DECK technician is not a substitute for an electrician!  You must always contract with a licensed electrician to install your monitoring hardware.
