Registering for DECK Knowledge and Support Base
Hello DECK customer!
We recommend that all current DECK customers register for our new Knowledge and Support Base. This web resource provides 24-7 access to your project status information any time you have an outstanding support issue with DECK.
When you call our support team for any reason, our team starts a “ticket” for your issue in our Knowledge and Support Base. This ticket helps us share information among our departments as we try to resolve your issue. As long as your issue is outstanding, this ticket will chart our progress on your issue with notes and status updates.
If you register with our Knowledge and Support Base, you’ll be able to check progress on your issue any time, day or night. You’ll also be able to leave notes and updates to share with our team.
Even if you don’t register for the Knowledge and Support Base, you’ll still be able to access the many support resources and articles in this base by simply logging in to your Admin Panel and navigating to “Support Documents.”

To register for DECK Knowledge and Support Base, please do the following:
- Click on the Sign Up link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- Fill out the information. If the ReCaptcha is difficult to read, click the “Two other words please” button until you get something readable.
- You will receive a welcome email that contains a link to create your password.
- Create your password.
6. That's it. You're registered. You can now check ticket status online and chat with support about your tickets.
